Etage Projects is pleased to participate to the 9th edition of NOMAD in St Moritz with a presentation of new works by Andrédottir & Bobek, Bahraini—Danish, Charlotte Kingsnorth, Chloé Royer, Christian + Jade, FOS, Karl Monies, Minjae Kim, Sabine Marcelis, Soft Baroque, and Victor Miklos.
Abstractly interpreting the landscape of the region of St Moritz, the gallery presents unique designs and collectibles that all pay special attention to the materiality and atmosphere of the Alps. The three mirrors by Dahraini—Danish reference the sun appearing over the horizon while Sabine Marcelis’ Stacked Fountain pays homage to the rippling water in the valley. FOS’ Marienborg Lamps and a new version of his iconic streetlamp contrast the walnut in Bahraini —Danish’ Atlas Stool and Minjae Kim’s anthropomorphic chairs. In the center, Chloé Royer’s Exo Mirror thrones as a strange humanlike creature, who has just returned from the mountains.
