Victor Miklos and Salomé Chatriot have joined forces in creating a fertile, muscular chandelier that merges the two artists’ different practices. It is somehow intensely anthropomorphic with its muscular arms. However, coated in colors imitating gazoline and decorated with small and fertile egg lamps, it becomes anything but anthropomorphic: An underwater creature, a robot, a machine mother. Something strange and indefinable, yet functional and weirdly poetic.
