As the title —taken from the hallucinations of the synthetic mind of AI —suggests: trapped in an endless loop, existing perpetual- ly in-between states of awareness, suspended between metal wires and silica. This imitation of the mind, resembling neuron cells and vessels, mirrors our quest to align with a natural state of thinking.”
“Objects are amongst us all the time, projecting orders and directions through their usability and physical presence.
The exhibition presents a collection of sculptural pieces — spice shelves, lamps, and other objects with a domestic reference. Objects that guide us through the information they provide and the movements they frame.
Unlike the digital information we are constantly drenched in, here a more sensorial kind of information is shared. Spices represent a sensory program written from deep cultural heritage, built through rituals and old sacred significance, belonging to a specific cultural memory.
These sculptures disguise themselves as design objects, forcing the pieces to be viewed in a dual light, stuck in an in-between status.
